A non-refundable 4% processing fee applies to all card payments and will appear as a separate charge. American Express is not accepted. Payments by cash or check are accepted at City Hall (5775 Carpinteria Avenue) or by mail. A $50 NSF fee applies to returned checks.                                 Host your event at the historic Veterans Memorial Building! Submitting a free inquiry here and PRCS will reach out once we receive your request. 
The current fee schedule is listed below:
Full Venue: $200/hr ($113/hr Non-Profit Rate)
-includes the kitchen, courtyard, patio, and reception room, tables & chairs for 100 persons, Staff to assist with check-in/checkout, setup, break down, cleanup, and any other needs during the reservation.
Hall only: $100/hour ($60/hr Non-Profit Rate)
- includes tables & chairs for 100 persons, Staff to assist with check-in/checkout, setup, break down, cleanup, and any other needs during the reservation.
Meeting Room $74/hr ($50/hr Non-Profit Rate)
-includes tables & chairs for 20 people, Staff to assist with check-in/checkout, setup, break down, cleanup, and any other needs during the reservation.
All reservations also require a $300 refundable deposit.
The rental and deposit balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the start of the event
