Event Rental Fees:
Security Deposit: $300.00
Veteran’s Hall Only: $83.00* per hour
-Add Kitchen: +$27 per hour ($110 per hour total)
(Events serving food and/or beverages must rent the kitchen)
-Add Reception Room: +$37.00 per hour (additional)
2 Hour Minimum for all Veterans Hall rentals

*Local Non Profit Organizations eligible for reduced rates

Renters are responsible for setup, breakdown, and must clean up all rented facilities immediately following their event. All or a portion of the cleaning & damage deposit may be withheld for any damage or failure to clean up after the event.

Music and alcohol service must stop by 9:30 p.m.

**If selling alcoholic beverages, renters must have a current ABC license.
**Caterers or food and beverage vendors may be permitted with (1) a current Business License from the City of Carpinteria, (2) a Certificate of Insurance with accompanying endorsement naming the City of Carpinteria as an Additional Insured, (3) an Environment Health Permit (Food Safety Compliance), and (4) a Special Parking Permit for applicable mobile vendors (i.e. Food Trucks, Taco Carts, etc.)

A 4% processing fee applies to all card payments; American Express is not accepted. ACH/eCheck payments can be arranged by phone or in person. Cash and check payments are accepted in person at City Hall. Checks can be mailed to City Hall (5775 Carpinteria Ave); Make checks payable to City of Carpinteria.
