Memorial Park Taco Cart/Caterer Application

A Caterer/Taco Cart application must be submitted to the City at least 4 day prior to the date of the event. The application must include proof of the following:
• Business license issued by the City of Carpinteria
• Certificate of insurance with an endorsement attached which names Carpinteria as an “Additional Insured”
• Environmental Health Permit (Food Safety Compliance)
• A picture and written description of the equipment to be used in the park.
