A non-refundable 4% processing fee applies to all card payments and will appear as a separate charge. American Express is not accepted. Payments by cash or check are accepted at City Hall (5775 Carpinteria Avenue) or by mail. A $50 NSF fee applies to returned checks. ACH payments (no fee) can be arranged in person or by phone.

Group Lessons Parent & Child - 9:00 am
One parent or guardian participates in this group lesson with their child, the goal of the lesson is to get young children (9 months - 3 years) comfortable in the water. A typical course will involve bubble blowing, singing, group activities, and an introduction to back float, kicking, and arm motions.

• Processing fees:
– $5 fee for check refunds
– No fee for credits left on account
• Canceled classes: Full refund issued
Refund Schedule:
• 90% refund if requested 2+ weeks before start (plus $5 fee for check refunds)
• 50% refund if requested <2 weeks before start (plus $5 fee for check refunds)
• No refunds once the program begins
Medical Emergencies:
• Doctor’s note may be required
• 90% refund if unable to transfer to another session
Transfers:
• Allowed up to 3 days before original session (subject to availability)
Missed Classes:
• No refunds, make-ups, or credits
Refund Method:
• Returned to original payment type
• Cash refunds issued by check (4–6 weeks + $5 fee)
• Credit card refunds exclude the 4% processing fee (non-refundable) and include a $0.01 processing fee
