A non-refundable 4% processing fee applies to all card payments and will appear as a separate charge. American Express is not accepted. Payments by cash or check are accepted at City Hall (5775 Carpinteria Avenue) or by mail. A $50 NSF fee applies to returned checks. ACH payments (no fee) can be arranged in person or by phone.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of kayaking, including paddling techniques, boat control, water safety, and ocean awareness in a fun and supportive group setting. Guided by experienced instructors, lessons are designed to help participants develop their skills while enjoying the unique coastal environment. Whether you're new to kayaking or looking to improve your abilities, this program offers a great opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with others on the water.
